AI orchestration · not a chatbot

What if your Shopify store ran itself?

Merchants save 4+ hours per week on product updates, SEO, and campaign prep.

Not a chatbot. Not a single AI assistant. You get a whole AI-orchestrated operations team — Operations Manager, Store Operator, Quality Controller, Campaign Manager — reading your store, drafting every plan, and writing nothing until you click confirm.

Proof from real stores

We run our own Shopify store this way. Here's what it looks like.

These are not demos. One of our pilot merchants is a Finnish outdoor brand our team operates day-to-day. Easy AI Store Ops was the tool we built for ourselves before we made it a product.

How it works

Plan → Confirm → Execute. In that order, every time.

Other AI tools act first and explain later. We show you exactly what we're about to do, let you edit or reject it, and only then write to your store. Your live catalogue stays yours.

01 · Plan

A readable plan, before anything runs

We take your request, look at your actual Shopify catalogue, and draft a specific plan: which products, which fields, how many credits, how long it takes.

  • We only look, never touch, until you say so
  • See exactly what changes before it happens
  • Anything out of scope is flagged before you confirm

02 · Confirm

You approve the plan. Not the prompt.

You confirm the plan, not the chat message. You can reject it, request an edit, or run just part of it. You are always the one who says go.

  • Press Enter to run, Escape to reject
  • Split confirmation for large runs (approve 87 changes at once)
  • Risky changes get an extra confirmation step

03 · Execute

Watch every change happen in real time

We run one change at a time, check each result, and stop on the first problem. You get a completion report with before/after values, so you can undo anything.

  • Watch every change happen in real time — not just a loading spinner
  • Completion email with the full change log
  • Re-run a single product without re-running the whole batch

What you actually get

A calm, deliberate UI. Designed for live-store operations.

Three core screens — chat, plan review, and the operation report. Plus a dashboard that tells you exactly where your credits went.

Imagine your week

Four scenarios you'll recognise.

Real operator workflows we hear every week. If any of these sound like your week, you'll know what we're for.

Campaign lifecycle
Without

Monday: discount codes, 150 price updates, sale banners on every product page, homepage hero, collection sort, launch email. Friday: reverse all of it. Every week. The banner from last month's sale? Still showing.

With Easy AI Store Ops

One brief. The team handles the whole campaign as one unit — starts it, runs it, ends it, cleans up. No forgotten banners. No missed reversals.

Sell-out coordination
Without

A product sells out. Shopify hides the variant. Your homepage still features it. Best Sellers still shows it. CS doesn't know. No restock ETA. Four manual fixes — if you even notice.

With Easy AI Store Ops

Sell-out triggers a coordinated response. Homepage updates. Collections re-sort. CS gets notified. Restock ETA appears on the product page. One trigger, whole-store response.

New product onboarding
Without

You add a product. Forget SEO metadata. Alt texts: 0 of 4. Wrong collection. No shipping weight. Missing translations. You find out weeks later when Google ranks it nowhere.

With Easy AI Store Ops

Auto-audit on every new product: "SEO: missing. Alt texts: 0/4. Collections: none. Shipping weight: not set." Fixes what it can. Flags what it can't. Minutes, not days.

Morning store health
Without

Nobody checks daily. Broken images sit for weeks. Zero-inventory products show as available. Prices set to €0.00. Duplicate meta descriptions. You hear about it from a customer complaint.

With Easy AI Store Ops

30-second morning briefing: "3 issues found. 2 auto-fixed. 1 needs your decision." Every day. Automatic.

Each of these is orchestration in action. One AI doesn't notice the sell-out. A team does — and they coordinate the response.

AI orchestration

A whole team, not a chatbot.

Shopify Sidekick is one AI. Claude Code is one AI. We run four specialised agents that coordinate — like a real ops team. When the pricing agent rolls back a sale, the content agent updates the homepage. When a product gets renamed, the email agent updates templates. That's why we catch what single-AI tools miss.

Operations Manager

Your COO — reads the store, plans the work

  • Reads your catalogue, prices, collections
  • Only looks, never writes anything
  • Drafts the plan you review before any change

Store Operator

Does the actual work, one careful step at a time

  • Only runs plans you have confirmed
  • Changes one thing at a time, carefully
  • Stops on the first problem — nothing snowballs

Quality Controller

Checks everything, writes the report, keeps the trail

  • Checks every change actually worked
  • Emails the completion report with the full change log
  • Keeps the audit trail you can review any time

Campaign Manager

Schedules future work, respects your quiet hours

  • Schedules tasks for tonight, Monday 9am, next season
  • Respects your blackout windows — no changes during busy hours
  • Confirms before each scheduled run, not just once

Single AI assistant

Shopify Sidekick, chatbots

Asks. Answers. You execute. You coordinate. You catch errors.

Single AI agent

Claude Code, Cursor

Powerful. Fast. One bad prompt and your catalogue is gone.

Our approach

Easy AI Store Ops

Orchestrated team

A coordinated team. Plan → Confirm → Execute. Safety built in. Each agent owns one job — and they talk to each other.

Safety

Your store is safe. We never write without asking first.

Claude Code, Cursor, Shopify CLI scripts — they're powerful. They're also one bad prompt away from wiping your catalogue. We built the safety layer so you get the power without the risk.

Reads freely. Writes only after you confirm.

AI looks at your catalogue, collections, orders. Every change waits for your explicit OK on the plan.

See exactly what changes before it happens.

Every plan shows the row-by-row diff. 47 prices going up, 12 going down. You can see it. You can change your mind.

One-click restore.

Automatic snapshot before every write. Don't like the result? Roll it back in one click.

Stops on first failure.

Per-row execution. If row 12 fails, rows 13–50 don't run. No cascading errors. No “half the catalogue is now broken”.

Full audit trail.

Every change logged with before/after values. Search it, export it, prove what happened to whoever asks.

Why we built it this way.

Raw AI tools are powerful but dangerous on a live store. We took the power and added the brakes.

It sounds like a dream but it would take me some time to dare to fully let go.

— a Shopify operator we talked to.

You don't have to dare. That's the point. You stay in control of every write.

Pricing

Pricing that matches how you actually work.

Pick the number of stores you run. Credits come included. Move up a tier when you outgrow the cap — not when a meter runs out.

What does a credit actually get you?

Rough examples — you always see the exact credit cost in the plan before you confirm.

  • Alt text for 50 product images≈ 5 credits

Credits are the fuel, stores are the shape. Every tier runs on the same engine; credits meter the reads and writes, stores meter the clients. Need more credits on the same store count? Top up any time. Need more stores? One click up a tier.

Features marked “Early access” or with a roadmap date roll out through Q2/Q3 2026. Founding Operators get first access at no extra cost. Email us at hello@storeoperators.com if a specific feature is a buy-blocker.

Questions

What merchants ask first.

What can it actually do?
Anything your Shopify admin can do via the API. Merchants use it for bulk alt-text generation, price changes, product-description rewrites, collection reorganisation, tag cleanup, draft-order creation, translation passes, metafield clean-ups, and more — and we add new capabilities every week. Every change is a plan you confirm, with a per-row snapshot. For safety we currently hold back theme-code edits, order mutations, and product deletion; those route you to the Shopify admin.
How is this different from a Shopify-native AI assistant?
Two things: we never write without an explicit confirm on the plan, and we keep a full audit trail of every change with before/after values. The model drafts; you stay the actor on record.
What happens to my data?
Read tokens are encrypted at rest with per-merchant keys. We don't train on your store. Full privacy and data-handling detail lives in our privacy policy.
What's the refund policy?
30 days, no questions. If we haven't saved you time in the first month, we refund your first month in full. Top-up packs are refundable within 30 days if unused.

Need help?

Real humans reply — usually same day.
