Terms of Service

Easy AI Store Ops (the "service") is operated by StoreOperators ("we", "us") — an AI-assisted operations interface for Shopify stores. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to every account that uses the service, the marketing site, and the launch webinar.

Until the company entity is finalised, the contracting party is the founder operating under the StoreOperators trading name. A legal notice will be posted when the entity is registered.

You need a valid email address and, to execute operations, a connected Shopify store. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any API tokens secure.

Trial accounts receive 50 credits for 7 days. No card is required. The trial ends automatically; execution pauses at trial end unless you pick a paid plan.

• We will never write to your Shopify store without an explicit plan that you have seen and confirmed in the app.
• Read-only data collection (catalogue, metafields, inventory) is performed with the scopes granted during Shopify install.
• Each operation consumes credits only on completion. Refused or failed operations do not consume credits.
• Theme code, product deletion, and order mutation are currently out of scope for safety reasons. The planner refuses them and the app tells you so.

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Unused monthly credits roll over up to a maximum of 2× your plan's monthly allowance. Top-up credit packs are one-time charges and do not expire.

If your card fails, execution pauses; your audit trail and data are untouched. Operations resume as soon as payment succeeds.

New accounts have a 30-day refund guarantee on first-month subscription fees. Top-up credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused. See the refund policy for detail.

• Operate only stores you are authorised to modify.
• Do not use the service to circumvent Shopify or third-party terms.
• Do not attempt to extract our models, prompts, or internal tooling through the API.
• Do not use the service to process illegal, infringing, or fraud-adjacent content.

We target reasonable commercial availability but do not offer a formal SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for downstream downtime caused by Shopify, Stripe, or third-party providers.

Data handling is governed by the privacy policy. Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest with per-merchant keys. We do not train third-party models on your store data.

Either side may terminate an account with written notice at any time. We retain audit logs for 365 days after termination, then delete them. You can request immediate deletion by writing to privacy@storeoperators.com.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, statutory consumer rights).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you another venue.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
