30-day refund guarantee

In short. If we don't save you time in your first month, we refund your first month in full. Top-up credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused. Email hello@storeoperators.com and we handle it — no call required.

What's covered

  • First-month subscriptions: Starter, Pro, or Business plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of the first paid charge, for any reason.
  • Unused top-up credit packs: 500 / 2,000 / 10,000 credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided no credits from that specific pack have been consumed.

What's not covered

  • Subscriptions after the first 30 days — you can cancel at any time and keep using the service through the end of the paid period.
  • Top-up packs that have been partially consumed. We calculate consumption first-in-first-out against the pack that was purchased first.
  • Shopify API costs or third-party fees (we do not charge any; we mention it for clarity).

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@storeoperators.com from the address on your account.
  2. Mention your store domain (so we can locate the right account) and, optionally, what didn't work for you — feedback is welcome but not required.
  3. We process the refund via Stripe within 5 business days. Funds normally appear on your statement within 5–10 further days, depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have under your local law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
